Communication & Care - Especially with Changes

In planning our Alaskan Cruise with Zirka she made the process easy for use by explaining how it work and what would be required. The customer service was excellent as she answered all of our inquiries and gave use assurance that everything would be taken care of.

Follow-up was great after each segment of the trip was booked and also when unfortunately we had to cancel. Zirka made sure we received all our refunds and we were very grateful for that.

Zirka kept on top of the changes even given the uncertainty with regards to Covid and communicated any changes to us. When there was uncertainty about whether we would get a refund on our flights, she checked and followed up to verify and then notified us that we would get the refund and when we would receive it. The level of communication was very good. We never waited too long to hear from her regarding any decisions that had to be made. We were very happy to work with her.
