Zirka is so great to work with! She planned my family vacation to Disney World in Florida and provided research and advice on future multi-family travel to Costa Rica. Zirka is knowledgeable, professional and consultative. Asking all the right questions to get at information I would never know to think about when booking my own trips, Zirka set my mind at ease. She found different price options and amenities for my husband and I to consider. Her approach and connections saved us so much time!

When changes to our trip were made abruptly (out of anyone's control), she efficiently provided information to help guide our decision making. Zirka's calm and no-nonsense attitude assured me that we were not at risk of losing our trip deposit. And again, she took care of all the cancellations, deferrals, and updates.

Zirka is also helping me conceptualize and plan the accommodations, catering, and activities at an upcoming women's retreat for my clients. So looking forward to when we can make that happen!

Communication & Care - Especially with Changes

In planning our Alaskan Cruise with Zirka she made the process easy for use by explaining how it work and what would be required. The customer service was excellent as she answered all of our inquiries and gave use assurance that everything would be taken care of.

Follow-up was great after each segment of the trip was booked and also when unfortunately we had to cancel. Zirka made sure we received all our refunds and we were very grateful for that.

Zirka kept on top of the changes even given the uncertainty with regards to Covid and communicated any changes to us. When there was uncertainty about whether we would get a refund on our flights, she checked and followed up to verify and then notified us that we would get the refund and when we would receive it. The level of communication was very good. We never waited too long to hear from her regarding any decisions that had to be made. We were very happy to work with her.

Group Cruise - Personal Touch

I worked with Zirka in the electronics manufacturing industry for over ten years.

In her capacity as a manager and team leader i was always impressed by the way she handled any situation that arose. Zirka listened to each of us attentively and treated us with respect. She was and still is a high achiever and hard worker who will not give up easily. When she entered the travel industry i knew she would put the same energy into taking care of my travel plans. I contacted her through her TravelOnly FB page to plan a group cruise. This was her first time planning a cruise but it was not a problem for her. She spoke to each person and took extra care for the first time cruisers. Zirka made sure to stay in touch with us until our departure from the airport and followed up with us on our return to confirm that our trip went well.
